Unfortunately the Commercial Square Studios site has now been sold to developers and sadly many artists have now left .
However some artists are still in residence and working in their studios but unfortunately we are unable to hold Open Studios at this location and there will be no more group shows at CSS.
ALL the artists are continuing their practice but spread across various locations so PLEASE check out each artist's page to find their individual contact details and discover where you can now visit and see their work
The Studios are situated off Leigh Street in High Wycombe, Bucks, on a historic site which, in the past, was used to house many of Wycombe's furniture making workshops.
Commercial Square Studios was founded 14 years ago by 3 graduates from Bucks New University and rapidly grew to become a must-see venue in 'Bucks Open Studios'. We are pleased to have contributed to the development of what is now seen as a vibrant centre for the arts in Buckinghamshire. In 2015 we set up the Square Umbrella Gallery, a permanent exhibition space with work by some of our artists. Sadly the area is to be redeveloped in 2018/19 and the studios will be relocated to another site in Wycombe but that will now not happen until the beginning of 2019. More news when we have it.
